ETHICS:

A branch of philosophy concerned with the nature of ultimate value and the standards by which human actions can be judged right or wrong.

The activity of designing, programming, constructing and programming computers.

Law is a rules and guidelines while ethics is a moral philosophy that is concepts of good and evil, right and wrong, virtue and vice, justice and many more. Technology usage and knowledge of tools a thing that truly develop in every day.

So applying this three while using computer we can avoid crime using Internet. Because of the developing world many things or hi-tech are born many people are opportunist to undermine you or we will rob or even murder using Internet. So is important to teach or to know the ethics in technology...
